Ingredients
1 Roast beef Alimentation Direct, 1 to 2 onions, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 tsp basil, 1 tsp oregano, 2 tbsp Dijon mustard, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 1/2 cup red wine with choice, 1/2 cup of water, salt and pepper to taste and accompaniments of your choice.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Cut the onions into small pieces. Cut the garlic cloves into 2 or 4 pieces depending on the size and insert them into the roast. In a bowl, combine the oil, Dijon mustard and spices. Brush the roast in the sauce with the spices. Then, place the roast in an ovenproof pan. Pour the wine and water around the roast in the pan. Sear the roast in the oven uncovered for 15 min. Reduce the heat to 300 degrees and cook for an additional 50 minutes, minutes, taking care to baste the meat every 30 minutes with its juices.
Remove from the oven and serve with the accompaniment of your choice.
